These terms cover the Next Home Game website and its calendar feeds. By using them you accept these terms. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email chelsea@chelseakr.com.

Next Home Game is run by one person, Chelsea Kelly-Reif, in California. You can reach me at chelsea@chelseakr.com.

What this site is, and is not

Next Home Game is a free calendar of home games for women’s professional and college teams. It is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, school, Ticketmaster or any ticket seller. It does not sell tickets and does not show ticket prices.

The schedules can be wrong or late

Game dates, times and venues come from the Ticketmaster Discovery API, not from the leagues. Games are added, moved, postponed and canceled, sometimes after they are listed, and the source can contain mistakes. This site reads it on a schedule, so it can be behind, and the copying can add errors of its own. A calendar event’s end time is an estimate. Before you travel or buy, check the game with the team or the ticket seller.

Ticket links

A “Buy tickets” link takes you to another company’s site. Anything you buy there is between you and that seller, under its own terms, prices, fees and refund rules. I am not responsible for the seller, its site or your purchase.

Affiliate links

Today no link on this site earns it money. If that changes, each paid link will be labeled as one where it appears, and this page will say so.

No warranty

The site and its feeds are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. They may be unavailable, slow or wrong at any time.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or relying on this site or its feeds, including a missed game, travel costs, ticket costs, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where the law does not allow that, my total liability is limited to US$50.

Names and trademarks

League, team and school names, Ticketmaster and the names of other ticket sellers and stores are the names and trademarks of their owners. They appear here only to say which game a listing is or where a link goes. Their owners do not sponsor or endorse this site.

Using the site

You are welcome to read the site, link to it, share it and subscribe to its calendar feeds. Please do not use it in a way that harms it or other people, such as automated requests heavy enough to slow it down. To ask for a game to be removed or to report a mistake, email chelsea@chelseakr.com.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. When I do, the date below changes. If you keep using the site after that, the new version applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If something goes wrong, please email me first, and I will try to fix it.
